St. Annes Church, Chapeltown
Flower Festival - 25/26th July 1998

The Flower Festival again this year (19th)
was a great success with over 70 displays.

Well over 100 sponsors enabled a beautiful array of displays.

The theme this year was The Bookworms

A verse was written for the festival as follows:.

Books are great !
Books are fun !
Books let you go
where youve never gone !

Welcome to our church and the Flower Festival in which we displayed
flower arrangements on our theme "Book Worms".
We are grateful to all who created the floral arrangements to depict this theme.
Our thanks are once again due to all who donated money, flowers, time and talent,.
and for everyone who worked so hard to make sure that this festival was a success.
We hope you enjoyed your visit and thank you for your support..
The proceeds of the Festival helps us to provide money for the up-keep of the church
and also to support charities. If you know a charity that could benefit from this Festival
please contact us on 01204 852831 and they will be discussed by the Festival Committee.
Many thanks go to all our sponsors.....please give them your support !
